The Pomodoro Method — Studying In Sprints, Not Marathons

Every student is taught this timing method for homework and revision, because focused short sprints beat long, tired hours at the desk:

25 minutes, one subject, phone away. Full focus, no switching between chapters.

5 minute break. Stand up, stretch, look away from the page.

Repeat 4 times. Same subject or move to the next — either way, the rhythm stays.
